mesoSPIM V1 to 3 do not have documentation.
- Hamamatsu Orca Flash 4.0 V3 sCMOS camera
- dual sided excitation path
- electrically tunable lenses for axially scanned light-sheet microscopy (ASLM), leading to uniform axial resolution across the FOV
- compatible with all clearing techniques
- extremely simple sample exchange
- 44 x 44 x 100 mm travel range
- 5 setups in operation
- Drawings and parts lists
- excitation & detection paths identical to mesoSPIM Version 4
- does not require a large custom part (The "birdhouse") - stages are now mounted on a gantry built from X95 profiles.
- 52 x 52 x 102 mm travel range
- mechanical design avoids the stage wobble problem found in some mesoSPIM V4
