Sosoro Support
A pour-over timer you can read from across the counter. The recipe is a waveform; the cup fills to the next target; your hand feels when to pour and when to stop.
Sosoro shows a coffee recipe as a stepped line — time across, grams of water up — and walks you through it: three ticks before each pour, a soft hum while the water goes in, one crisp tap at the target. The screen stays awake, and the next pour is on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Everything runs on your iPhone; there is no account and nothing is sent anywhere.
Pick a recipe, set how much coffee you are using, and tap Start. After a three-second lead-in the big number shows what your scale should read right now; the line under it says where this pour ends ("to 120g"). Between pours the number is the time until the next one.
Change the coffee weight with − and +. The total water and every pour are recalculated at the recipe's ratio (for example 1:15). The ratio itself can be changed in steps of 0.5. "Back to the original" restores the recipe as written. Sosoro remembers your last dose for each recipe.
Yes. The button on the right of the brew screen jumps to three seconds before the next step. The pause button in the middle holds the timer.
Check Settings in the app: Haptics and Sound can each be turned off. Sounds follow the iPhone's silent switch. The sound can also be muted from the brew screen. Vibration is only felt while the app is on screen.
The countdown to the next pour and its target, with the pours after that listed beside it. iOS only lets an app refresh this while it is open, so if you leave the app for a long time the list is the part to trust.

On the Coffee screen tap "New recipe". Drag a point sideways to change when a pour happens and up or down to change how much water it reaches. The rows below the chart do the same in exact steps. "Add a pour" adds one at the end.
Choose a tea and tap Start for each infusion. Every round runs a little longer than the last; "First steep" and "Each round" set by how much. − and + beside Start change only the infusion that is about to begin.
Signed in with the same Apple Account, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase.
Recipes, the brew log and settings are stored only on your iPhone. If iOS's iCloud Backup is on, they are included in your device backup and restored with it. Deleting the app deletes them.
