The plumes are in an some approximate location that we used for plume testing, but they are not accurate or correct.
Please make sure that you correct plume locations and mapping if plumes are important to you.
This is not really a bug as we are not interested in providing plume data. This issue is provided here just for information purposes.
If you do have some corrections implemented and would like to see them folded into the release, please submit an issue tagged as a change request. Even if folded in, however, we aren't going to testify to the accuracy of them.
