Summary: add in ability for dsp_flycam node source to control vernier/coarse selection

Description:
the node source type of hand controller in flycam lets you input values to each axis via the 6 DOF of the input node. Button values are not supported.
This is a request to add in an ability to read in button 2, which controls vernier and coarse rate selection. Using the highlight flag of the deflection node is preferred.

The highlight flag is now read from the HC_Deflection_Node as the input for button 2. This allows external programs reading a hand controller to pass on that information using the HIGHLIGHT property of the node. @] |
