Summary: update node edit dialog to automatically open dialog of the correct type

Created: 2008–09–24 16:20

Status: Released

Category: Request

From: frankie

Version: 2.0

Released_In: 2.1

Description:

In the node edit dialog, when clicking the "Edit Parent" button, the dialog is smart enough to look at the type of the parent and then open the appropriate dialog type for that type of node (Camera, Light, etc.).

It would be ice if this same logic applied when typing in a node name and hitting enter.
