Similar to issue Issues.00630 but this time in EDGE v2.4.1, we noticed that once some sort of window event occurs (like you mouse going over the window border or anything like that), then right clicking will no longer bring up the popup menu. Even with the workaround with the mouse drag listed in that associated issue, it still doesn't work.

This appears to be limited to Windows on EDGE v2.4.1.

frankie September 12, 2018, at 04:36 PM: Curiously enough, if you put your mouse inside the window as EDGE is starting up and make sure it never goes over the window border, then the right-click menu will work.
