Description:
Simdata supports an environment variable for setting the API filename. Supporting the data file name would be useful to users who wish to have simdata set up from a shell script rather than using the simdata API.
mark 2012–02–26: Added support using environment variable DOUG_DATA_FILE (parallel to DOUG_API_FILE). Added a callback that will automatically attempt to load the file data after Doug starts if DOUG_DATA_FILE is specified.
