We thought we had this fixed in 00608, but apparently not. When trying to view the /image or /video resource in EDGE WCS when running on Ubuntu 16.04, the web page just shows an empty white box.

frankie July 18, 2017, at 11:27 AM: We do have a hotfix for Ubuntu users running into this with a replacement doug executable. I would only recommend applying this hotfix if you are running into this issue. But if you are, you can download the hotfix below and unzip it in your EDGE v2.4.1 directory to replace the doug executable and see if it fixes your issue. If you want to easily revert without reinstalling EDGE, backup your doug executable file first.
