Optional SYS allocation for BuildMetrics.shieldCapacitorMetricsResult.

Remarks

Its own type, rather than one shared with ShieldRecoveryOptions, because the two answer different questions from the same allocation — resistance here, recharge there — and each is free to document its own rule. BuildMetrics.shieldMetricsResult takes no allocation at all: the bare shield is pip-free.

Pips to the systems capacitor, 0–4. Defaults to 4 — a full SYS capacitor, the condition the game's own panel quotes. Pass 0 for the bare shield, whose effective figures then equal BuildMetrics.shieldMetricsResult.
