Frontend 2.32.0

• Orchestration: Added a Culture configuration field to the document node

• Application: Implemented Manufacturing screens (Runs, Jobs, etc.)
• Application: Added a link table between purchase order requirements and shipments
• Application: Updates to the supplier shipments screen
