Fuuz Platform Capabilities

Article Type: Overview Audience: All Users Module: Platform

The Fuuz Industrial Operations Platform by MFGx is an AI-enabled, low/no-code platform that unifies manufacturing operations — MES, WMS, QMS, APS, CMMS, TMS, and monitoring — with enterprise-grade integration (iPaaS), edge/IIoT connectivity, and rapid application development. This page is the canonical index of what Fuuz can do, with links to the documentation for each capability.

Application Platform (Low/No-Code)

Data Flows (DataOps / ETL / iPaaS)

Flow-based programming for automating data movement, transformation, and orchestration across cloud, edge, and UI — beyond traditional iPaaS. 85+ node types across conditionals, transformation, integration, scripts, events, notifications, and device gateway categories. See Fuuz-Data-Flows-enable-DataOps-at-Scale-ETL-iPaaS-and-more, Data-Flow-Nodes-Reference, Data-Flow-Design-Standards-Design-Standards, Data-Mapping, Flow-Schedules.

Integration (Connectors & Connections)

Hundreds of pre-built connectors for ERP (SAP, Plex, NetSuite, Oracle, Infor, Acumatica, Microsoft, IFS, Workday and more), CRM, databases (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle, IBM DB2), FTP/SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs, and webhooks. Full EDI support (X12, EDIFACT). See Fuuz-Connections-help-you-integrate-your-Systems-and-Devices, Fuuz-has-pre-built-integration-Connectors, EDI-Specifications-Reference, How-you-Integrate-your-ERP-with-your-MES.

Edge & IIoT

The Fuuz Edge Gateway connects plant-floor equipment — OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, Kepware, PLCs, robots, scales, printers — and streams data to the cloud in real time. See Gateway-Deployment-and-Architecture, Edge-Connections-Complete-Industrial-Integration-Reference, IIoT-and-Gateway-Nodes, Edge-Gateway-Installation-Step-by-Step, How-IIoT-fits-into-the-Industrial-Data-Stack.

Operations Modules (Out-of-the-Box, Extensible)

Module What it does
MES (Manufacturing Execution) Work order management, production tracking, traceability, operator workflows. See Welcome-To-Industry-Accelerators.
WMS (Warehouse Management) Inventory, picking, shipping/receiving workflows.
QMS (Quality Management) Quality embedded at the front line; NCRs, inspections. See Building-a-Non-Conformance-Report-NCR-Application-in-Fuuz.
APS (Advanced Production Scheduling) Reduce setup/changeover times, shorten lead times.
CMMS (Maintenance Management) Asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, downtime reduction.
TMS (Transportation Management) Logistics and shipment management.
Production Monitoring Automated machine states and KPIs (OEE, TEEP, OAE) from real-time machine data.
Process Monitoring Real-time process values on customizable dashboards.

Modules ship as Industry Accelerators — installable packages you can extend without source-code modification.

Administration & Security

Multi-tenant applications, enterprise user management, SSO/MFA, role- and policy-based access control, audit trails, data change history. See Enterprise-Admin-Overview, Access-Control, Roles, Identity-Providers, Authentication-Events, Data-Change-History.

Compliance: SOC 2 Type 2 certified; 21 CFR Part 11 compliant when configured; FedRAMP via mutual process with the In-House Edition; GDPR/CCPA/PIPL compliant. See Compliance-and-Certifications, Service-Level-Agreement-SLA, Backup-Policy-and-Service.

AI Capabilities

  • Claude AI Skills for the Fuuz Platform — published skills that let LLMs design Fuuz data models, flows, screens, GraphQL, and packages.
  • AI screen generation — flow templates that generate screens from prompts.
  • Ontology export — expose your application data graph for AI model training. See System-Model-Definition-Query.
