Training: Find Pages Beyond the Left Menu

What you'll learn: how to reach Fuuz pages that aren't in your left sidebar, using the System catalog and header Search. You need: Administrator access type in an application (UI label "Tenant"). Time: 5 minutes.

Why some pages aren't in the sidebar

Your left menu is a curated set of the pages you use most — it isn't the limit of what you can open. The full platform catalog lives in the System ▾ menu in the sub-header, organized into sections; the header Search reaches the same pages by name. Whether a page opens depends on your permissions, not on whether it's in the sidebar.

Open the System catalog

Click System ▾ in the sub-header (next to the Fuuz home crumb). The catalog opens with its sections — Access Control, Business Intelligence, Configuration, Data Management, Data Modeling, Files, Integration, Internet of Things, Orchestration, Scheduling. Click a section to see its pages, then click a page to open it.

Pages commonly reached only this way

Or just search

Click the header Search, type the page name (e.g. "Fuuz Apps", "Units", "Calendar Event Groups"), and pick it from the results — the same destinations, faster.

Check your work

The page opens like any other. If a page you expect isn't in either the catalog or Search results, you likely don't have permission for it — an administrator can grant access via a policy and role.

Try it yourself

Open Internet of Things → Fuuz Apps from the System menu, then reach the same page again by typing "Fuuz Apps" in the header Search. Compare the two routes — Search is quickest once you know a page's name.
