Training: Brand and Configure Your Application

What you'll learn: how to set application-wide settings — theme colors, logo, formats, time zone — and where per-user overrides live. You need: Administrator access type, any application. Time: 5 minutes.

Steps

1. Go to Left menu → App Management → Settings. (Fallback: header Search "Settings".)

2. Review the 12 built-in settings. The ones most teams set first:

   Setting	What it does
   Primary Color / Secondary Color	Theme colors for the application
   Logo Image Source URL	Brand logo shown in the application
   Theme Mode	UI theme (list selection)
   Time Zone	Default IANA time zone for dates/times
   Locale	Overrides browser locale — formats and language
   Date / Date & Time / Time Format	Moment.js format strings
   Float / Integer Format	Numeral.js format strings
   Always Display Time Zones	Show TZ identifiers on all dates

3. Click a setting's Name to open it.

4. Set the Default Value and click Save.

Check your work

Reload the application: colors, logo, and formats reflect your values everywhere a default applies.

Per-user overrides: an individual user can have different values — set them on Access Control → App Users → user → SETTING VALUES tab (+ Setting/Value pair). User values win over application defaults.
