SOC Compliance

The Fuuz Platform runs on the AWS Cloud Network — AWS datacenters hold and process all of the Fuuz platform data and any data you may persist within the platform.

For details on AWS's compliance posture, see the AWS SOC FAQs.

AWS SOC Reports

AWS System and Organization Controls (SOC) Reports are independent third-party examination reports that demonstrate how AWS achieves key compliance controls and objectives. The purpose of these reports is to help you and your auditors understand the AWS controls established to support operations and compliance.

Fuuz SOC 2 Reports

Fuuz also provides its own annual SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 reports. If you require these, please submit a support ticket and we'll provide you with the necessary paperwork to complete this request.

Note: The original KB article includes two downloadable attachments (AWS SOC 2 Report and SOC 2 Privacy Report, Apr 1 2022 – Sept 30 2022). These files must be re-attached or linked in this repo; download them from the original article.
