Training: Retire an Application

What you'll learn: how to take an application (UI label: "Tenant") out of service using its status lifecycle. You need: Administrator access type, enterprise admin application. Time: 3 minutes.

Steps

  1. Go to Left menu → Environment Structure → Tenants.
  2. Click the application's Id or Name to open its detail page. Application detail
  3. On the DETAILS tab, open the Tenant Status dropdown and pick Inactive (or Obsolete for permanent retirement). Status options
  4. Uncheck the Active checkbox.
  5. Click Save.

If you switch tabs with unsaved changes, Fuuz asks whether to discard — choose ✗ to stay and save first.

Check your work

In the table, the application now shows Active ✗ and your chosen status. Its data and history remain available for audit, and you can return it to Active the same way at any time.

Try it yourself

Retire a TRAINING application you created, confirm it drops out of the Active-filtered table, then restore it.
