Training: Use the User Menu (Profile, Theme, and More)

What you'll learn: what the avatar menu in the top-right offers — your profile, theme, role switching, and account actions. You need: any signed-in Fuuz session. Time: 5 minutes.

Open the user menu

Click your avatar (initials, top-right of the header). The menu lists:

Option What it does
Home Returns to your home page.
My Profile Opens your profile — details, security, app/environment access, password, MFA.
Theme Mode Toggles the interface between light and dark.
Developer Mode Toggles developer affordances in the UI.
Switch Role Changes your active role (and the menu it surfaces).
Help Opens help.
Sign Out Ends your session.

User menu open

My Profile

Click My Profile to review and manage your account on one page:

  • User Details — name, email, Access Type, and Home Tenant.
  • Security — MFA status and method, last authenticated time and location.
  • App Details — application name, platform version, default theme mode, time zone, environment, enterprise domain.
  • Environment Access — your Build / QA / Prod access and paths.
  • My Application Access — a card per application you can use, with your access type in each.
  • My Roles — the roles assigned to you.

The header actions are Change Password, Request App Access, Update MFA, and Update User Details.

My Profile

Switch theme

Click Theme Mode in the user menu to switch between light and dark. The setting is per-user; the application also has a default theme mode (shown on My Profile under App Details — e.g. "System", which follows your operating system).

Switch role

Click Switch Role to change your active role. Your left menu and permissions follow the active role — see Training: Manage App Users for how roles are assigned and activated.

Check your work

My Profile shows your current access type and the applications and roles available to you. If you need access to an application not listed, use Request App Access — see Training: Request Access to an Application.
