Trouble Logging Into Fuuz

If you're having trouble logging into Fuuz — especially if you're using an external identity provider (single sign-on) like Azure or another — you may just need to clear your browser history.

In this walkthrough, we demonstrate how your browser settings can sometimes interfere with your ability to log in to Fuuz. Initially, there are no signs of trouble — login to the home tenant works directly — but then when switching tenants, an error appears saying you've been logged out of the system. This is easily corrected by deleting the browser history / cache settings. This may be something that needs to be done by your system administrator or IT department.

Tip: Also be sure to check whether you're signed into Chrome (or your favorite browser), as sometimes these settings can be user-specific.
