TeslaAutoTurnSignals

Control Model 3/Y turn signals for existing ATC turns and lane changes when vehicle CAN and valid physical stalk input are available. Driver input takes priority; steering and departure permissions are unchanged. Default OFF; reboot after changes. Closed-course validation is required before road use.

Requests lamps through the existing maneuver; turns require started-turn and stable straightening evidence independently of the steering desire. Each repeat needs a new idle template and TX echo; missing templates or lost feedback ends the automatic session. Unknown/automatic lamps are not driver confirmation. Stalk input, hazards or an unexpected opposite lamp stops automatic output; cleanup cancellation waits for fresh idle stalk and stable actual OFF. Unconfirmed cancellation stops further automatic output for this onroad cycle.

Default OFF; reboot after changing. Requires supported Model 3/Y, CAN1 extension detection shared with the speed wheel (0x3DF), fresh physical stalk input and matching Panda firmware. CAN1 stalk input is preferred once observed; stale or conflicting input blocks output. Lamp-specific templates and UI/physical feedback are still required. App requests last through the existing maneuver. blocked:* and waiting:* diagnostics identify blockers; they are not new on-screen alerts. It does not grant steering or departure permission. Validate both directions and failure/manual takeover on the exact vehicle in a closed course before road use. CAN or device power loss cannot guarantee lamp cancellation.
