Parts Catalogue

Parts catalogue

The parts catalogue is a branded, printable catalogue of your inventory — a clean document listing your items with their details, ready to print or share as a PDF.

Where to find it: the Reports screen.

What it produces

The catalogue lays your items out as a formatted document — names, key details and images — in a tidy, readable style suited to print. Use it to:

  • Hand someone a browsable list of what you have.
  • Keep an offline paper reference of your stock.
  • Produce a simple catalogue of parts or a collection.

Like the insurance schedule, it's print-styled: printing it (→ Save as PDF) drops the app chrome and switches to a clean layout, using your browser's own print — no extra software.

💡 Tip Filter your inventory first (by location, category or a search) to catalogue just a slice — a single collection, one room, or one supplier's parts.

ℹ️ Note The catalogue is generated locally and only leaves your device when you print or save it. See Privacy & security.
