Tutorial
The DaemoniaCraft tutorial introduces the systems you will need before entering the wider server.
Early in the tutorial, you awaken as an E-Rank Hunter.
At this stage you do not yet have one of DaemoniaCraft's five main classes.
Use:
/kit erank
to claim your starter E-Rank equipment.
Accessories such as rings can be equipped through the Equipment section of /system.
The tutorial introduces you to DaemoniaCraft's custom monsters and gives you your first combat objectives.
These encounters introduce the type of PvE enemies found throughout the server.
The tutorial introduces E-Rank Essence Stones.
Essence Stones can be:
- Sold
- Used as part of Blacksmithing
Levelling grants 3 Attribute Points per level.
Use:
/attr
to spend them.
Attribute Points allow you to develop specific parts of your build separately from the natural stats gained from your class.
See Attributes.
Custom Blacksmithing becomes available at Level 10.
To access Smithing, visit a Blacksmith.
The tutorial also introduces Required Class restrictions on equipment. Gear that your class cannot use can still be sold or scrapped.
Classes unlock when you reach Level 10.
The five base classes are:
When you choose your class:
- A subclass from that class's pool is selected at random.
- Your combat level resets to Level 1.
- Your class-based progression begins.
See Classes and Awakening and Subclasses.
Use:
/skills
to view and assign your skills.
To assign a skill:
- Open
/skills. - Select the skill.
- Assign it to an available Skill Slot.
The casting bar allows you to activate your assigned skills during combat.
Activate or disable it using your Swap Hands control, or the relevant emote control.
With the casting bar active, use the corresponding hotbar number to cast the skill assigned to that slot.
Some skills require a valid target before they can be cast.
/system provides access to several important server systems.
The tutorial introduces:
- Vault
- Dungeons
- Shop
- Custom Food
- Equipment
Use:
/profile
to view information about your:
- Stats
- Attributes
- Level
Downed players can be revived by holding crouch next to them.
Certain spells can also revive players.
Use:
/cooking
to create custom food.
Custom food can provide different buffs, and additional recipes can be unlocked from crates.
The tutorial ends with your first dungeon-style objective:
- Fight dangerous monsters
- Defeat the boss
- Clear the dungeon
To leave a dungeon, you can use:
/spawn/md leave- The Boss Exit Gate
After completing the tutorial, your next objective is to reach Level 10, select your class, awaken your subclass and begin class progression from Level 1.
See Getting Started.
