BioForge's machines form one evidence chain. Skipping a stage is possible in some recipes, but it reduces what the player knows and usually lowers treatment reliability.

  1. Examine: use field tools and a Clipboard to record the patient's observable state.
  2. Collect: take blood, a swab, or another compatible sample without contaminating clean equipment.
  3. Separate: use the Centrifuge when blood components or a slide are required.
  4. Cultivate: use the Incubator, media, and the appropriate catalyst to preserve or expand the strain.
  5. Identify: calibrate the Microscope for the inserted item and scan biological evidence.
  6. Program: prepare 15 CRISPR cartridges and a compatible Cas/PAM module.
  7. Correct: reconstruct symptoms, transmissions, mutations, and lifecycle evidence in the Vaccine Maker.
  8. Synthesize: produce the selected vaccine, directed treatment, pill, or suppressant.
  9. Assay: test uncertain vaccine output against infected blood and scan the combined result.
  10. Contain: treat the patient, then separately clean items, surfaces, rooms, and entrances.
