The vaccinated-blood assay is the intended way to learn a produced vaccine's combined quality.

Procedure

  1. Produce a vaccine without receiving its exact final quality.
  2. Obtain a blood-filled Test Tube carrying the same infection; a different strain does not announce that it is wrong.
  3. Right-click the tube with the vaccine to create the vaccinated blood test.
  4. Insert the test into the Microscope.
  5. Calibrate to that item's saved target positions and scan.
  6. Read the combined result.

The output is one combined CRISPR-plus-correction result, not two numbers that expose which hidden subsystem is wrong. Sequence feedback can still show base-level green/yellow/red clues where the assay definition allows it.

Each assay item saves its calibration targets when first inserted, and the Microscope keeps its knob settings when the GUI closes.
