The vaccinated-blood assay is the intended way to learn a produced vaccine's combined quality.
- Produce a vaccine without receiving its exact final quality.
- Obtain a blood-filled Test Tube carrying the same infection; a different strain does not announce that it is wrong.
- Right-click the tube with the vaccine to create the vaccinated blood test.
- Insert the test into the Microscope.
- Calibrate to that item's saved target positions and scan.
- Read the combined result.
The output is one combined CRISPR-plus-correction result, not two numbers that expose which hidden subsystem is wrong. Sequence feedback can still show base-level green/yellow/red clues where the assay definition allows it.
Each assay item saves its calibration targets when first inserted, and the Microscope keeps its knob settings when the GUI closes.
