Vaccine quality combines two research components:

1. CRISPR sequence/module quality.
2. Correction-matrix accuracy.

Exact-strain medical evidence and host blood/Rh information can improve the ceiling or fit. Missing assay/research evidence does not make synthesis impossible, but prevents the best and most predictable result.

Hidden result

The Vaccine Maker shows useful programming feedback but does not reveal final combined quality before production. The produced vaccine must be tested against blood carrying the same infection and scanned in the Microscope.

What quality changes

• Full-vaccine cure chance.
• Temporary exact-strain immunity duration.
• Directed-treatment reliability.
• Resistance-pill duration/strength where the recipe uses quality.
• Symptom-suppression duration.

Server balance

Base chances, scaling, penalties, strength resistance, host compatibility, mutation defense, and durations belong in world server config/data definitions so modpacks can tune difficulty without recompiling.
