This two-block-high scanner removes the left wall of the full gate while retaining the opposite frame and overhead beam. It is intended for doorways or corridors that cannot accept both side posts.

Detection runs every 10 ticks, emits redstone level 15 for a detectable infected living entity, and ignores infections with the scanner_evasion mutation tag. The open geometry changes placement and collision only; it does not weaken or widen the biological test.
