Each newly inserted analyzable item receives its own hidden calibration target. Focus, stage, brightness, saturation, contrast, spectrum, and other controls are selected by that sample's mapping. The current control positions and target belong to the item/machine workflow and do not reset merely because the screen is closed.

Adjust the visible controls until the indicators align, then scan. A successful scan may identify a Gene Imprint, reveal reagent evidence, or evaluate vaccinated blood. It does not automatically dump the complete strain.

Visibility Reagent uses the strain's microscope-visibility parameter: very-low evidence is unreliable, medium evidence is uncertain, and extreme evidence is detected reliably when the required workflow is satisfied. Vaccine assays reveal one combined result rather than separate CRISPR and correction answers.
