Faster Than The Eye

Faster Than The Eye
Prerequisite: Quick Draw.
Benefit: You organize and improvise your inventory exceptionally well, and can get at anything you need quickly. This feat grants the following benefits:

Inventory actions (wielding a weapon, taking an item out of a container, putting an item into a container, dumping a container, picking an item up from the ground) take you 1/4th the normal time (even during combat) and never provoke attacks of opportunity.
When you insert an item into a container you treat the container's weight and item count capacity as if they were doubled. You may insert items one size larger than that container would normally allow.
