  Creates a 30 foot (3 square) radius cloud of noxious vapors, causing all breathing creatures within the cloud to make a Fortitude save (DC 20) every round or suffer nausea for 2d4 additional rounds. Nauseated creatures cannot attack or cast spells and are considered off-guard for the purposes of sneak attacks. The caster is not immune!
