Deutsch: Assistent Agenda

The "Agenda Planner" creates a structured agenda for a meeting, a seminar, a workshop, or a conference, with time slots, organizational notes, and notes for the moderator.

How to use it

  1. Open "Assistants" → "Agenda Planner".
  2. Describe the event:
    • "Meeting Name" and "Topic".
    • "Content list": the points to cover, one per line, each starting with a dash (-). "Load the content list from file" loads them from a file.
    • "(Optional) What topics should be the focus?" and "(Optional) What topics should only be briefly addressed?": choose from your content list.
    • "Objective": what the event should achieve.
    • "Moderator": who leads the event.
    • "Duration", for example, "2 hours" or "2 days (first day 8 hours, then 4 hours)".
    • "Start time", for example, "9:00 AM". For events over several days, give the start time of each day.
    • "(Optional) Who is presenting?": one person per line, each starting with a dash.
  3. Describe the participants:
    • "Do the participants need to get to know each other first?"
    • "Number of participants": from "2 (peer to peer)" to "1,000+ (large event)".
    • "Should the participants be involved passively or actively?": presentations and lectures, or discussions and formats such as a world café.
  4. "Is this a virtual event, e.g., a call or webinar?" If not, add the "Location", and decide on a joint dinner, a social activity, travel, and the length of the lunch and coffee breaks.
  5. Choose the "Target language" of the agenda.
  6. Choose a provider, and click "Create Agenda".

The result

  • The agenda with a title and time slots, such as "09:00 - 09:05 (5 minutes): Welcome", including breaks, and, for events on site, dinner and social activities.
  • Organizational notes, for example, on the room and the technology.
  • Moderation notes for the moderator.

The assistant plans time for questions and suggests suitable formats, such as world café, fishbowl, or BarCamp. Treat the agenda as a draft and adjust the times to your event.

Options

In "Assistant: Agenda Planner Options", "Preselect agenda options?" lets you start with your usual values: name, topic, objective, moderator, duration, start time, participants, location, breaks, language, profile, and provider. Useful when you plan similar events often.

Tips

  • The assistant doesn't know today's date. If you need dates or weekdays in the agenda, add them yourself.
  • Use the E-Mail assistant to write the invitation.
