Deutsch: Assistent Stellenanzeige

The "Job Posting" assistant writes a job posting from a few key points about the job. It follows the usual guidelines of the country where you post the job, and avoids wording that discriminates against or excludes anyone.

How to use it

  1. Open "Assistants" → "Job Posting".
  2. Fill in:
    • "(Optional) The company name".
    • "Provide the country, where the company is located": required, because the posting follows the legal framework of this country.
    • "(Optional) Provide mandatory information": what your company requires in every job posting, such as a company description.
    • "Job description": required. What the person is supposed to do in the company; short bullet points are enough.
    • "(Optional) Provide necessary job qualifications" and "(Optional) Provide job responsibilities".
    • "(Optional) Provide the work location", "(Optional) Provide the entry date", and "(Optional) Provide the date until the job posting is valid". Enter the dates as text, for example, "as soon as possible".
    • "Target language": "Do not specify the language" writes the posting in the language of your input. "Other" lets you enter any language under "Custom target language".
  3. Choose a provider, and click "Create the job posting".

The mandatory information, the job description, the qualifications, and the responsibilities can each be loaded from a file, for example, with "Load the job description from file", or by dropping a file next to the button. The text of the file replaces the text in the field.

The result

The job posting, with a title naming the job and the company, sections for the tasks, the qualifications, and the responsibilities, and closing details such as the entry date. Where you leave a field empty, the model derives its content from your other details, so check those parts in particular.

Options

In "Assistant: Job Posting Options", "Preselect job posting options?" lets you start with your company name, mandatory information, job description, qualifications, responsibilities, work location, country, target language, minimum confidence, and provider. The dates can't be preselected.

Once you switch on the preselection, the target language starts as "English (US)". Change it if you write your postings in another language.

Tips

  • Preselect the mandatory information, for example, your company description and benefits, so that every posting includes it.
  • When you send a text from another assistant to this one, it lands in "Job description".
  • The assistant doesn't replace a review by your HR department before you publish the posting.
