Scenario Standardized Workplace

Goal: Every colleague starts with the same, well-prepared AI Studio: the assistants they need and no others, chat templates and profiles for common tasks, your own assistants enabled, and the rules of your organization on the start page.

You need: your chat templates, profiles, and, if you have them, assistant plugins and document analysis policies.

Replace <ASSISTANT> with the assistants you don't need; the values are listed on Assistants and Templates. The chat template needs more fields than shown here only if it should bring tools, data sources, or a provider. Build it in AI Studio and export it, see Testing and Exporting Configurations.

What users see

• At the first start, your rules appear and must be accepted. When you change the version, the title, or the text, AI Studio asks again.
• The start page shows your introduction.
• The assistants page shows only the assistants you kept, and your own assistant is enabled and marked as approved by your organization.
• Chat templates and profiles appear with a lock: users can use them, but not change them.

Check it

1. Stage the configuration together with your assistant plugin on a test device, see Testing and Exporting Configurations.
2. Restart is not needed: the rules, the introduction, the templates, and the assistant appear right away.
