How to report a bug?

Try to isolate the bug from your application-related code. It is often possible to shrink your 1000-line failing application to a 10-line failing example. Maybe a simple mass-spring ODE will expose the same bug as did your huge ODE system.

Where to report a bug?

• Most users should report on the forum.
• Users with access to the ticket system, can open a new ticket, if the error is really well isolated.
