The Arcane Tablet is a portable transmutation screen with a built-in 3x3 crafting grid. It is the Transmutation Tablet and a crafting table rolled into one.

How to get it: 4 Transmutation Tablets, 2 Dark Matter, 1 Red Matter, 1 crafting table and 1 wooden chest.

Using it: right-click to open it. Use the crafting grid as normal, or pick a learned item from the transmutation list and let the tablet pull the ingredients from your knowledge and EMC.

Hidden abilities

• The crafting grid can auto-fill from items you have learned, spending EMC instead of requiring the physical ingredients.
• GUI buttons let you clear, rotate, balance or spread the grid.
• Any leftover ingredients are returned to your inventory, or converted back into EMC if that is possible.
• It accepts a Tome of Knowledge in its consume slot, just like the table.
• Recipe transfer works from JEI and EMI, so you can click a recipe straight into the grid.
