Transmutation Table & Tablet

Applies to Equivalent Legacy 1.1.0+ for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge).

The Transmutation Table is where you learn items and spend EMC. The Transmutation Tablet is the same screen in portable form.

How to get them:

• Table: 4 obsidian, 4 stone and 1 Philosopher's Stone.
• Tablet: 4 Dark Matter Blocks, 4 stone and 1 Transmutation Table.

Using the screen:

• Place an item in the consume slot to burn it for EMC and learn it.
• Click an item in the output list to create it, spending EMC.
• Put an item in the lock slot to filter the list down to that one item.
• Drop an item in the unlearn slot to forget it.

Hidden abilities

• Shift-click an item straight from your inventory to learn and burn it in one move.
• The search box filters by name; you can also filter by EMC or by learned/unlearned with the query syntax.
• The output list is sorted from highest to lowest EMC and paged, so rare items sit on the first page.
• Input slots accept Klein Stars, letting you charge them from your EMC pool or pull EMC out of them.
• The Tablet opens the same screen from your hand. While it is open you cannot switch it out of your hand.
• Craft an Arcane Tablet for a portable transmutation screen with a built-in crafting grid.

Server settings: the Tome recipe is gated by common.crafting.craftableTome; EMC values themselves come from datapacks and the mapping config.
