Applies to Equivalent Legacy 1.1.0+ for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge).

Swiftwolf's Rending Gale is a defensive wind ring. Craft it from Dark Matter, feathers and an Iron Band. It fits the ring curio slot.

Right-click cycles it between Off and Shield; press R to hurl a lightning bolt.

Hidden abilities

• The shield repels nearby mobs and projectiles in a radius of about 3 blocks around you.
• It drains about 1 EMC per tick while shielding and switches itself off when your EMC runs out.
• The old tooltip says "Grants flight". That text is wrong in this version: the ring does not grant any flight.
• The R bolt summons lightning on a block or knocks a creature back hard; each shot costs EMC.
• On a pedestal it smites nearby non-tamed mobs with lightning on a timer.

Server settings: server.cooldown.pedestal.swrg and server.cooldown.player.projectile.
