Applies to Equivalent Legacy 1.1.0+ for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge).

The Dark Matter Hammer and Red Matter Hammer are heavy mining hammers. Craft the Dark Matter Hammer from Dark Matter and a diamond, then upgrade it into the Red Matter Hammer.

Press V to charge. The hammer hits hard: thirteen attack damage for Dark Matter, fourteen for Red Matter.

Hidden abilities

• Right-click a block to dig out an area in front of you, with depth and size growing with charge.
• Charges up to add bonus attack damage.
• Mines Dark and Red Matter blocks almost instantly.
• The extra hit from charging no longer ignores armor in this version.

Server settings: server.items.disableAllRadiusMining.
