Mind Stone

Applies to Equivalent Legacy 1.1.0+ for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge).

The Mind Stone stores experience. Craft it from books, Red Matter and lapis. It fits the necklace curio slot.

Toggle it with G.

Hidden abilities

  • While active it drains up to 50 XP from you into the stone every tick, with no cap on how much it can hold.
  • Right-click while it is switched off releases 50 XP back to you.
  • Its stored amount is shown in its tooltip.
  • On a pedestal it pulls in nearby experience orbs and absorbs them.
  • Although it fits the necklace slot, it does not tick there; keep it in your hotbar or off-hand to drain XP.
