Deutsch: Assistent E-Mail

The E-Mail assistant writes an e-mail from a few bullet points: you say what the e-mail should contain, and the assistant phrases it in the style and language you choose. It can also reply to a previous message.

How to use it

  1. Open Assistants → E-Mail.
  2. Replying to a message? Switch on Is there a history, a previous conversation?, and paste the previous e-mail or chat under Previous conversation.
  3. Fill in:

    • Your bullet points: the content of the e-mail, one point per line, each starting with a dash (-).
    • (Optional) Are any of your points particularly important?: choose points the e-mail should stress. The list fills itself from your bullet points.
    • (Optional) Your name for the closing salutation.
    • Select the writing style: Business formal, Business informal, Academic, or Personal.
