Cultures

← all factions · regions and settlements · beliefs · wiki index

Every faction belongs to a culture. On top of a faction's own roster, its culture decides some of the buildings it can put up and the units it can raise, and what its agents and forts cost. There are 23 cultures.

Settlements is what the culture's factions hold at the start of the campaign. Own buildings counts what only that culture's factions can have. Beliefs is how many different religions its factions follow.

The Free Peoples (land no faction holds at the start) count as Libyan, which is why that row has 501 settlements.
