Who gets it: Liburni

Hail King! You have brought peace, stability, and wealth to our tribes and united them under your guidance. You have helped our settlements prosper and many powers now seek trade with us. The Greeks have sent us armour, money, and advisors all of which could make our warriors even more effective on the battlefield. Their cuirasses are made of linen and are a great addition to our bronze pectoral armour and our large thureos shields. We shall use that for our strongest soldiers and make us even more unstoppable!

How to get it

It fires when a settlement held by Liburni is a large city or larger.

The game checks this at the end of every round.
