Who gets it: Pontic Pentapolis
Esteemed Council of the Pentapolis! Many battles have been fought and much blood has been shed. As with all groups of people that get together, there are always those who perform better than others. And like the Tomians are the best polis in the pentapolis, their Epilektoi have shown to be the very best of soldiers. It’s time to make them an official part of our army!
It fires when at least 50 units have been recruited by Pontic Pentapolis.
The game checks this at the end of every round.
