This page describes the architecture of the FPGA design.

The FPGA top-level designs in our reference designs consist of a fair number of modules that are arranged in a somewhat flat hierarchy and are interconnected through standardized interfaces. The top-level hierarchies for the various reference designs in the code releases Howth and Skellig are illustrated in FPGA top level . The standardized interfaces are discussed on the following page FPGA interfaces. More in depth descriptions of the modules are given on: FPGA modules.
