Member of the EverAfters of HemsHollow. Petti PlotPatch is the troupe's story creator. The other EverAfters tell the old tales. Petti makes new ones, stitching them together out of scraps: a lost glove, an overheard joke, a Patchling's question, a dream someone half remembers. She is the smallest of the EverAfters, and she carries a battered sewing tin full of spare twists, odd endings and emergency dragons, and whenever the troupe needs a story nobody has ever heard before, they turn to her. She would never call herself a storyteller. She says she only patches things together. Every story the EverAfters have ever told for the first time began in Petti's tin.

Story Magic

Patchwork Plotting. Hand Petti any three things, a button, a word and a wish will do, and she will stitch them into a brand new story on the spot, and the seams glow faintly as she sews. Listeners who give her their scraps cannot bear to leave until they find out what she has made of them, and nobody ever has.
