LanternLace
LanternLace was one of the three luminescent flowers of The Lucent Lakes, whose glowing petals were laid on the water at The LoomLight Festival. It is now lost, with the Lakes, to the Void.

LanternLace grew in tall, lacy clusters, each petal pierced with tiny open-work holes like the finest lace. Its glow was the warm gold of lantern light, and it shone out through every hole in the petal, scattering little points of light across the water around it.
Before every festival, the petals of LanternLace, StarWeave and ShimmerStitch were harvested and laid on the surface of the lakes, where they drifted into ever-shifting mosaics of light and colour. In the years of Bobbin Blench's neglect the petals went unharvested, and the mosaics grew thinner each year (see The Legacy of Bobbin Blench).
The Lucent Lakes have been wholly taken by the Void, and LanternLace is now known only from accounts of the festival. Some say its cousin, LanternLichen, still glows in the Memoir Mines.
