Summary |
One crashlanded lich needing blood to survive, and one human colonist. |
Description |
In the cold abyss of space, where light is a distant memory, an ancient ship drifts near an unknown planet. This forgotten relic, once a vessel of unimaginable power, has been abandoned for centuries, its halls silent, its crew long dead. But deep within its darkened core, something stirs—a presence neither alive nor dead, waiting for the right moment to awaken. Cosmic pirates, driven by greed and desperation, have boarded the ghostly ship, unaware of the unspeakable terror they’ve unleashed. As they breach the final chamber, ancient seals break, and you, a Lich of immense power, are pulled from your deathless slumber. The centuries of silence are shattered, and with the echo of your awakening, the corridors of the ship fill with screams. The pirates stand no chance against your wrath. All perish except one—a lowly laborer who flees in terror, escaping in a single lifeboat to the planet below. With your ship ruined and your vengeance incomplete, you too must descend to the surface of this unknown world. The stars whisper of dark secrets buried in the shadows, and the time has come for you to reclaim your strength and continue your ancient purpose. The galaxy will soon tremble before you once again. Note: Liches have unique strengths and weaknesses, which makes this a difficult scenario. |

Summary |
One crashlanded archlich needing blood to survive. |
Description |
In the void between galaxies, where even starlight fears to tread, an ancient relic drifts, lost to time and memory. This ship, a monument to forgotten power, has been entombed in darkness for millennia. Its halls are filled with the silence of the ages, and deep within its core, a being of unimaginable might lies dormant—a presence neither truly dead nor alive, bound by ancient rites to slumber for eternity. But eternity is a fragile concept. An ambitious research team, driven by the hunger for discovery, has stumbled upon this ghost ship, unaware of the terror sealed within. As they pry open the last vault, they break the bindings of time itself. You, an Archlich of unspeakable power, are torn from the Deathsleep that has held you for thousands of years. The void quakes with your awakening, and the ship's cold corridors are soon filled with the cries of those who dared disturb you. The researchers are annihilated, their souls consumed, their lives extinguished in an instant. Now free, you find yourself adrift in the vast emptiness between galaxies. Your ancient vessel, though intact, is but a shadow of its former glory, and the universe you once knew is unrecognizable. But you are far from powerless. The darkness of the void whispers ancient secrets, and the time has come to forge a new path through the stars. The cosmic balance shall once again be disrupted by your return. Note: Archliches have unique strengths and weaknesses, which makes this a extremely difficult scenario. |

Summary |
Two escaped test subjects, stolen mutations, and a race against time to survive. |
Description |
You were never meant to leave. Subjects designated E-42 and R-17, you were just two more test cases in Dr. Alexander Isaacs’ hidden orbital facility. But something changed. A breach, a fleeting chance—and you took it. Yet, the thought lingers: was it truly an accident? Or were you meant to escape? The idea gnaws at you, a whisper in the back of your mind, unsettling and persistent. A damaged escape pod barely carried you away, crashing onto the surface of an unknown planet. Supplies are scarce, the atmosphere is hostile, and survival is uncertain. But you didn’t escape empty-handed. Among the stolen rations and medical kits, you secured something far more valuable: amalgam-technological mutations, enhancements designed to evolve your Symbiont beyond its intended limits. Now, survival is not your only concern. Without Timbium, your bodies will soon fail. You must adapt, explore, and find the means to endure—before it’s too late. But the question remains: did you escape, or were you released? Note: Amalgamas have unique strengths and weaknesses, which makes this a difficult scenario. |

Mod required: Obsidia Expansion - Nanomorph Xenotype
Summary |
Alone, naked, and surrounded by wreckage. A strange serum and a handful of Nanogel may be your only hope. |
Description |
You awaken amidst the wreckage of something you can’t fully recall. Your mind is hazy, fragments of the last days, weeks, maybe even years slipping through your grasp. Among the debris, you find a few meager supplies: enough food and medicine to survive for a while… but something far stranger lies within the cargo. A small cache of shimmering Nanogel, an unmarked serum in a reinforced vial, and a folded note written in a hand you recognize, though you can’t place the face. Note: This is a medium-difficulty scenario that allows you to turn your pawn into a Nanomorph at any moment, granting great power at the cost of becoming dependent on harvesting Nanogel from destroyed mechanoids. |
