Slimes
Slimes are a unique type of artificial animal, created through advanced bioengineering rather than natural evolution. Due to their nature, they have no gender and are incapable of reproduction. Instead, they originate from a Slime heart (Unconf.), a hyper-advanced core that, when configured with specific resources inside an Obsidia amalgam vat, can grow into a real slime.
Unlike ordinary creatures, slimes fulfill specialized purposes: some regularly produce valuable resources, others serve as loyal battle companions, and a few are designed as supportive pets or allies within a colony.
Slimes are described as “an amalgam life-form developed as an alternative source of necessary materials for Obsidia Expansion.” Their mysterious origin ties back to lost Obsidian technology, credited to the mad scientist and self-proclaimed slime master Rimuru Tempest, who first engineered the slime hearts that made their creation possible.
Tip
The process begins with obtaining a Slime heart (Unconf.) → then configuring it inside an Obsidia amalgam vat with the necessary resources to produce a slime heart (Conf.) → placing the configured heart in a sealed space with a safe temperature range between 0°C and 75°C → waiting for 5 days until the slime fully forms → resulting in the birth of a wild baby slime → and finally, taming it to become part of your colony.
