Minimum disclosure mode

Some of the requests in https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/5726 can be satisfied with the configurable menus, but some do not related to menus. Should we offer a "minimum disclosure" mode?

Newbie issues

How about tagging some issues which look easy to fix for newbies? I sometimes get questions about such issue and try to find one, but tagging them while receiving might be better approach. The Tasks_for_junior_developers contains no useful information for newbies at all...

We'll assign a "newbie" tag to easy and not urgent issues. The team should not fix them, but we'll see what happens (if no newbie works on them, we might revisit the tag).
