What "live" means here

Live builds are owner-deployed box builds assembled from owner-picked PRs (the owner is Ray; older pages say Steff — same person). Agents never deploy to the live server; PRs against the base branch are the only agent output. The base branch claude/build84-cmdcon36 is named for its build-84-era lineage — it is the current, active PR target and its name is NOT the live build number. Do not "correct" base-branch instructions to match the live build; the branch name and the live build are expected to differ.

How this page stays current

HARD rule: whoever ships or documents a new build or hotfix updates the fact block above and the live_build field in agent-status.json in the same session — no exceptions, no deferring to a later pass. A LAST_VERIFIED older than the newest build mentioned in Agent-Worklog means this page is stale: fix it before citing it.
