 The Speaker Context Menu can be displayed from several locations in the application. |

This pop-up menu can be displayed from the following locations in the application:
- Congregations Maintenance Page
- Home Talk Entry Window
- Away Talk Entry Window
- Talk Request List Window
This menu option is only available when the pop-up menu is displayed from within the Talk Request List window. This feature has been provided as a convenient shortcut to creating (or updating) home talk assignments. You are presented with this window:
 This window is fairly simple to use. Use the date calendar to select when the home talk assignment is to be held. Existing assignments are indicated in bold text. All the existing assignment information is displayed as indicated. The proposed assignment details are shown at the bottom. Click the OK button when you are ready to proceed. The application then confirms the brother's availability and runs any necessary duplication checks (just like on the regular Home Talk Entry window). |

This fly-out menu lists up to twenty pending assignments for the given speaker from today’s date.
This fly-out menu lists up to twenty past assignments in the database for the given speaker from today’s date.
The congregation is also displayed if the speaker is from your local congregation (this is why there are parts of the menu blurred out).
