Returns: A stream for ReadLine, WriteLine, ReadAvail, Eof and CloseFile, or 0 if the program could not be started. The program is not waited for.

Description

Starts another program and gives you a stream to its input and output: what the program writes can be read from the stream, and what is written to the stream is what the program reads.

If CreateProcess("notepad.exe") = 0 Then Notify "Could not start it."
