FileSize:Int32 file:String

Parameter	Mode	Type	Default	Description
file	In	String	required	The name of the file. Strings are stored with a 4 byte length in front, so "hello" takes 9 bytes.

Returns: The size of a file in bytes, or 0 when it does not exist.
